Yes. Learners taking this course should be regular users of ChatGPT, Claude, or other generative AI tools and be ready to advance their skills beyond prompting to build automated workflows.

The course and the Playbook projects will provide you with content to create a portfolio, but you are responsible for creating a portfolio on the platform of your choice.

Expect to dedicate approximately 6-8 hours weekly to engaging with online, on-demand content crafted by expert AI practitioners. This includes immersive hands-on activities and assignments within our online learning management system (LMS).

You can also attend optional live sessions each week. These two-hour online sessions are a great place to engage with expert AI practitioners who will help you fine-tune your workflows and stay current on the latest AI news. Sessions are recorded and available to watch on demand if you are unable to join live.

Yes, upon successful completion of the course, you will earn a university-issued certificate of completion that verifies your knowledge and hands-on experience in AI Automation. This prestigious credential will help you feel more confident–and help you stand out to your current team or potential employers.

No, this is a noncredit course. As such, it is not eligible for financial aid. However, many employers offer reimbursement for continuing education, so check with your human resources department to determine your eligibility.
